Why can’t you give me my results over the phone?

We are a lab that processes your results and not a doctor’s office. It would be a violation of HIPAA regulations to give you results over the phone, however, you may contact your county health department and they should be able to give you your results verbally. (If they are asking about what HIPAA is and its regulations, you may wish to review some of the information below under the heading HIPAA.)
