I received my results, but my family member/friend/coworker didn’t get there’s. Can you tell me their results?

Due to HIPPA and compliance reasons, we can only give results to the individuals who have submitted the specimens. Everyone has the ability to retrieve their own results via our portal at  https://portal.ciandx.com/portal or to contact us directly.
